Hello and Welcome to "The Healthy Fork"   website! "The Healthy Fork is a soon to be fast-food restaurant designed and targeted for people on the go and fitness-minded, who want an entire meal that is 100% healthy and ALL ORGANIC. "The Healthy Fork" menu will be comprised of all natural ingredients and organically based and absolutely NOTHING will be FRIED! Healthy can be delicious and fast! LET FOOD BE YOUR MEDICINE. No matter what you may be fighting, "The Healthy Fork" has diet for you. My philosophy, your food should be 100% food. My customer base will be people who care about what goes into their bodies and their children's.  This won't be your typical fast-food joint. Also, it's not just what you eat but how you eat that impacts the planet. 
 
This means that 100% of everything that you eat at the restaurant will be produced by certified organic growers and farmers all who share in my commitment to sustainable agriculture. I want to offer seasonal, fresh organic fast-food, prepared in a healthy, balanced way in which one can eat here with a clear conscience, knowing that what's on their plate hasn't polluted the environment, is healthy for them, and tastes good too. The Healthy Fork will have an eco-conscious approach to food, cooking and it's food packaging.

"The Healthy Fork" is going to help you reduce your personal health risk in 2010.  So, to fine tune your eating habits, tune into Radio One's HOT107.9, MAGIC107.5/97.5, Praise102.5,  to bring you a healthy moment during the weekdays in the lunchtime hour called "The Healthy Fork Minute". Throughout the week, I will briefly discuss a topic called "Superfoods" or "Powerfoods", which are nutritional powerhouse foods that loaded with nutrients crucial for a healthy long life and low in calories. You may already have these foods in your kitchen now, not even know it. And plenty of them are under $1.
I hope to make a healthy difference for consumers and the environment.
